Assassination Classroom Celebrates 10th Anime Anniversary with Special Radio Program

A special radio program celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Assassination Classroom TV anime, titled “TV Anime 10th Anniversary ‘Assassination Classroom’ All Night Nippon GOLD”, will air on Nippon Broadcasting System at 10 p.m. JST on August 22.

The “TV Anime 10th Anniversary ‘Assassination Classroom’ All Night Nippon GOLD” is part of a special project celebrating the 10th anniversary of the anime’s TV broadcast. This marks the second anniversary initiative, following the complete rerun of all 47 episodes. Further details about the program, including the cast, will be announced at a later date.

Assassination Classroom anime originally premiered on January 9, 2015. The original manga was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha) from 2012 to 2016, with total circulation surpassing 27 million copies. The third and final installment of the anniversary project will be announced at a later date.

Forget about homework and pop quizzes. The students of Class 3E have a far more important assignment: kill their teacher before the end of the year! A tentacle-d sensei that moves at Mach 20 is out to conquer the classroom after destroying seventy percent of the moon.
