The teaser visual and teaser PV for season 2 of the TV anime Aoashi, based on the manga by Yugo Kobayashi, have been revealed. The new season is scheduled to premiere on October 4. The main production staff for the upcoming season has also been announced.

Additionally, details for a special AnimeJapan 2026 stage event dedicated to Aoashi have been announced. The event will take place on March 29 at the ShoPro booth at Tokyo Big Sight. Members of the main cast will appear on stage.
The ShoPro booth will also feature an exhibition showcasing famous scenes from the first season selected by the cast, as well as a large display dedicated to Season 2. Postcards featuring the newly released teaser visual will be distributed to visitors.
