Anne Shirley Anime Unveils New Promo Featuring Ending Theme Song

Crunchyroll will stream the series.

A new 30-second promotional video for the upcoming TV anime Anne Shirley has been released, featuring the ending theme song “heart”, performed by Laura day romance.

Set to premiere on April 5, the series will run for 24 episodes, adapting volumes 1 to 3 of the original novel. Crunchyroll has confirmed that it will stream the anime and provide an English dub.

The classic novel Anne of Green Gables, first published in 1908, follows the journey of Anne Shirley, an orphan who is taken in by Marilla and Matthew Cuthbert on Prince Edward Island, a picturesque and serene corner of Canada. Anne’s vivid imagination and kindhearted nature, which have helped her navigate a challenging childhood until the age of 11, begin to transform the lives and hearts of those she encounters.
