ANIPLEX × KADOKAWA Announce Anime Adaptation of Secrets of the Silent Witch!

Spirits, ghosts, curses, and charms!

ANIPLEX and KADOKAWA have teased an upcoming anime adaptation of Secrets of the Silent Witch. The announcement also revealed the voice of Monica Everett, the main character. The format, staff, or release window has not been disclosed.

Isora began the adventure fantasy light novel on Shousetsuka ni Narou in February 2020. Fujimi Shobo published the first volume in June 2021, with illustrations by Nanna Fujimi. The seventh volume was released on February 9. Tobi Tana began serializing a manga adaptation in B’s-LOG Comic in July 2021. The third volume went on sale on August 1.

Yen Press licensed both the light novel and manga in English, releasing the fourth light novel volume in July 2023 and the second manga volume in December 2023.

Synopsis of the novels by Yen Press:
The school festival may be over, but a series of mysterious happenings around the academy promises to keep Monica and the rest of the student council busy. As winter break approaches, food begins to disappear, a lost girl turns up at school, students start seeing ghostly balls of fire, and the second prince becomes the target of a dubious charm. Whether the trouble is big or small, Detective Monica and her mystery novel–obsessed familiar, Nero, will get to the bottom of it with help from their friends and a little unchanted magecraft!
