Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian Anime Unveils Halloween Visual

A special “Halloween visual” for the TV anime “Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian” has been unveiled, and the series’ second season is set to air in 2026.

In addition, starting at 8 p.m. on November 7, a special program titled “Alya’s Birthday Festival 2025: Student Council SP” will stream on YouTube. Members of the main cast will appear and take on fun challenges such as making T-shirts and cakes as they prepare for a party celebrating Alya’s birthday.

Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian light novels are written by Sunsunsun, illustrated by Momoco. An English version of the light novels is available from Yen Press and described as follows:

Alisa Mikhailovna Kujou is Seiren Private Academy’s “solitary princess.” She’s a half-Russian beauty with silver hair, at the top of her class, student council accountant, and…completely unapproachable. For some reason, she’s also taken on the responsibility of reprimanding the slacker who sits next to her in class. Masachika Kuze is constantly frustrating her by falling asleep, forgetting his textbooks, and just being an overall unexemplary student. Or at least, that’s how it looks from the outside.
