ALL YOU NEED IS KILL Anime Film Announced by STUDIO4°C, First Teaser Released

STUDIO4°C has adapted Hiroshi Sakurazaka‘s light novel ALL YOU NEED IS KILL into an anime film. Alongside the announcement, a special report PV and a teaser visual have been released.

Hiroshi Sakurazaka’s ALL YOU NEED IS KILL, renowned for its innovative time-loop concept and compelling narrative of growth, was a key influence in the rise of time-loop sci-fi. After inspiring a globally successful film adaptation, this iconic novel is now being reimagined as an anime.

In 2014, it was adapted into a Hollywood live-action movie starring Tom Cruise. A comic adaptation by Ryosuke Takeuchi and Ken Obata was serialized in Weekly Young Jump (Shueisha).

INTRODUCTION:
After an unidentified plant from outer space invasion, Rita finds herself trapped in a time loop, forced to relive the same day over and over again. With each loop, she learns. She fights. Her memories and experiences sharpen her skills, turning her into a formidable warrior. Yet, the endless cycle of death and solitude begins to wear her down. Then, she meets Keiji. “I’ve been repeating this day too,” he says. Two lost souls, trapped in an endless war. Could their meeting change fate?
