A TV anime adaptation of My Crush’s Crush, written by Sekina Aoi and illustrated by Ryo Tsuzura, has been announced.
The manga has been serialized in Hakusensha’s Young Animal ZERO since November 2022. Its seventh volume was released in Japan on August 28. Yen Press announced at Anime NYC 2026 that it will publish the manga in English:
When Sora Akizuki confesses his feelings to Miya Fuwa, he gets rejected outright. As it turns out, she likes Asahi Suzukaze, the president of the mysterious “Clinical Trials Club.” When he joins the club to learn more about Asahi, he discovers that she also has a crush on someone else! Could this chain of crushes get any more complicated…?
