Da-iCE returns with one of their most introspective singles to date: “Nonfictions ノンフィクションズ”, a sleek, emotionally complex track exploring truth, illusion, and the fragile balance between self-image and authenticity.
In a time when social media encourages us to show only the highlight reel, “Nonfictions” dives into the silent struggle of pretending to be okay — of performing confidence while carrying quiet doubts. With their signature blend of sharp choreography, genre-blurring production, and dual-vocal interplay, the five-member group delivers a sound that’s at once polished and raw.

Pulsing beats and textured vocal layers create a sense of urgency, mirroring the emotional pressure many feel to maintain a perfect façade. Rather than melodrama, the lyrics focus on quiet disconnection — the kind that lingers in moments of self-doubt, when reality no longer aligns with the role we’ve constructed.
The music video elevates this concept further through stylised visuals and synchronized movement, portraying the split between what we feel and what we show. From direction to delivery, “Nonfictions” is one of Da-iCE’s most cohesive artistic statements — a track that resonates deeply with a generation raised on filtered realities and curated truths.
