MAPPA’s animation production brand Contrail has created a new animated brand movie for Namics, a company specializing in materials used for semiconductors and electronic components. Titled “Sono kagaku wa, subete ni ai o tsunagu”, the film is now available on YouTube.

The brand movie tells a heartwarming story about an elderly man and a young girl, showing how invisible technologies are actually part of our daily lives. Through their story, the film highlights how these technologies quietly support people, society, and the planet.
Although Namics’s advanced material technologies are used in many everyday products, their importance is often difficult for consumers to see. To share the company’s vision of “creating happiness for all and harmony with nature through creativity and innovation”, Namics produced this special animated film to celebrate its 80th anniversary.
