Magical Sisters LuluttoLilly TV Anime Shares Visual of Lilly & Lulu

The official visual of “Lilly & Lulu” for the upcoming TV anime Magical Sisters Lulutto Lilly from Studio Pierrot’s Magical Girls Series, has been revealed. The anime is scheduled to premiere in April 2026. The illustration was created by Hiroko.

On March 15, 2026, a special premiere screening will be held in two parts, giving attendees an early look at the main story. The event will also include a talk show and a mini live performance by the cast. Advance lottery ticket sales begin today, December 18.

The “Pierrot Magical Girls Series” is a collection of works produced by Studio Pierrot, starting with “Magic Angel Creamy Mami” in 1983. Between 1983 and 1998, five series were broadcast: “Magical Angel Creamy Mami“, “Magical Fairy Persia“, “Magical Star Magical Emi“, “Magical Idol Pastel Yumi“, and “Fancy Lala“.

In Magical Sisters Lulut Lily, sisters Fuu Nonoyama and Rui Nonoyama are granted the power to transform into their adult forms. Bound by two strict rules, they must keep magic a secret and their powers will disappear after one year, the two unknowingly pursue the same dream of becoming idols, each unaware of the other’s magical identity.
