Magical Explorer, based on the light novel series by Iris and illustrated by Noboru Kannatsuki, is getting a TV anime adaptation. The series will air in fall 2026, and a teaser trailer and visual have already been released.

The original novel, Magical Explorer: Reborn as a Side Character in a Fantasy Dating Sim, first appeared on Shosetsuka ni Naro in February 2018. A print version is published in Japan by Kadokawa Shoten under the Kadokawa Sneaker Bunko label, with 12 volumes available so far.
An English version of the light novel and its manga adaptation is published by Yen Press. The manga features artwork by Yukari Higa:
