Let’s Go KAIKIGUMI Anime Unveils New Key Visual and PV, Kana Hanazawa Joins Cast as Yukinko

UQpcoming supernatural comedy anime adaptation.

The second key visual and the latest promotional video for the TV anime “Let’s Go KAIKIGUMI” have been officially released. Voice actress Kana Hanazawa also appears in the series as Yukinko.

The opening theme is performed by SWEET STEADY. The anime is scheduled to premiere on July 5 and will air every Sunday thereafter.

The newly released music video also features the opening song, titled “Kimi ga Waruin dakara nee” performed by SWEET STEADY. In addition, the PV reveals the ending theme song, “Iwashite ne?”, performed by uketsu.

A commemorative pop-up store celebrating the anime adaptation will be held from August 1 to August 11 at Annivroad by Bushiroad Creative Store in Tokyo. The event will feature newly illustrated merchandise based on original character designs, with the full product lineup to be announced at a later date.

Let’s go KAIKIGUMI, published by Shogakukan Creative, is a manga by View with 5 volumes released in Japan. The story follows a protagonist unusually sensitive to spiritual phenomena. When he meets Mechako, a mysterious girl who runs the ghost-policing group Kaikigumi, he is drawn into helping them restore the organization, leading to a series of eerie and comedic adventures.
