Kohei Horikoshi, the creator of My Hero Academia, is returning to Weekly Shonen Jump with a brand-new one-shot manga titled Warawanaide yo shijima-san.
The 61-page one-shot will be published in the combined Weekly Shonen Jump Issues #37–38, releasing on August 10. Described as a boy-meets-girl horror story, the manga will feature center color pages, and its first promotional illustration has also been revealed.

This marks Horikoshi’s first new manga published in Weekly Shonen Jump since My Hero Academia concluded in August 2024.
The same issue will also include a special KochiKame feature supervised by horror novelist Sekikin, along with a bonus illustration card drawn by Osamu Akimoto.
