It has been revealed that Jun Shison will portray ✕ (Slur) in the live-action film adaptation of SAKAMOTO DAYS by Yuto Suzuki. The movie was released on April 29 and earned 400 million yen at the box office, surpassing 300,000 viewers on its opening day.

The original manga has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha) since November 2020. The latest, 27th volume was released today. The TV anime is scheduled to air its first cour in January 2025, followed by its second cour in July 2025. A second season has also already been confirmed.
