The teaser PV introducing the main cast of the upcoming TV anime In a World Full of Zombies I’m the Only One Who Doesn’t Get Attacked has been released. It was also announced that the anime’s premiere, originally scheduled for 2026, has been postponed and will now begin airing in January 2027.

The original light novel series is written by Rokuro Uraji and illustrated by Saburo. It is published in Japan by Frontier Works under the Nox Novels label. A manga adaptation illustrated by Chihiro Masuda is also published by Frontier Works, with an English edition available through MangaPlaza.
MangaPlaza describes the story as follows:
Yusuke Takemura, a former office worker, is bitten by a zombie… or so he thought. After waking up, the town is full of zombies, but none of them attack him! Who knows what to do now… but if the world is in ruin the least you can do is try to live freely. In trying to set himself up for simple living, he comes across another survivor… a girl named Mitsuki. “Please… Help us!” Nothing comes for free, so Takemura agrees to share supplies in exchange for favors from Mitsuki…
