I’m Dating a Dark Summoner by Shaoh is officially getting a TV anime adaptation in 2026. To celebrate the announcement, commemorative illustrations drawn by Shaoh have also been released. The anime will be produced under the Deregula label by WWWave Corporatio the story of a priest and a demi-human dark summoner.

The franchise will also appear at Machiasobi Vol.30, taking place at Aibahama Park on May 16 and 17. The event will feature anime panels, promotional video screenings, and special novelty giveaways. A talk show is also scheduled, featuring the head of WWWave Corporation, the company behind the anime adaptation.
The series is a fantasy romantic comedy centered on a dark summoner who wields demonic powers and a serious priest. The manga is currently serialized on Kadokomi and Nico Nico Manga, with seven collected volumes published so far.
