Season 4 of Hyakusho Kizoku: The Farmer’s Days has officially been confirmed. Ahead of its broadcast, Season 2 will be re-aired starting July 2 at 21:54.
Additionally, Volume 9 of the manga, released on April 24, is available in both a standard edition and a special edition that includes a DVD of Season 3. The DVD features all 12 episodes of the third season, along with both parts of a previously unaired episode. It also includes newly edited footage focusing on this unreleased content.
Hyakusho Kizoku: The Farmer’s Days is based on an autobiographical essay manga by Hiromu Arakawa, recounting her seven years working on a farm in Hokkaido before becoming a manga artist. The series is currently serialized in Wings and has surpassed 5.2 million copies in circulation.
Following its anime debut in July 2023, Season 2 aired in October 2024, and Season 3 has been broadcasting on Tokyo MX and other channels since October 2025.

STORY:
Before becoming a manga artist, Hiromu Arakawa spent seven years in Hokkaido working on her family’s dairy farm and fields. With no days off, she raised cattle, grew vegetables, lived with the constant threat of bears, and dealt with mischievous Ezo chipmunks. The series portrays the harsh realities of Japan’s dairy and agricultural industries while celebrating hard work, humor, and resilience.
