A new UFO Robo Grendizer anime, titled Grendizer U, has been announced earlier this year, through a collaboration between Japan and Saudi Arabia. The committee in charge of the animation has unveiled a new visual and more staff. Scheduled for 2024, this animated series is a part of the Grendizer U project by Manga Productions, a subsidiary of Mohammed ben Salmane‘s MiSK foundation, and Gō Nagai‘s Dynamic Planning studio. While details about the series are currently limited, it is confirmed that the iconic characters Duke Fleed Daisuke and Kōji Kabuto will return, with Duke piloting the Grendizer mecha.
