The TV anime Grand Blue, based on the manga by Kenji Inoue and Kimitake Yoshioka, premiered its second season on July 7. A new main promotional video has been released, offering fans a preview of the upcoming episodes.
The trailer also previews both theme songs: the opening theme, “Natsuko”, performed by FUNKY MONKEY BΛBY’S, and the ending theme, “Hadaka no Mermaid”, performed by MAMESHiBA NO TAiGUN.

The original Grand Blue manga is serialized in Kodansha‘s Good! Afternoon seinen manga magazine, and an English language version is also available from Kodansha Comics under the title Grand Blue Dreaming. Kodansha USA describes the story:
After graduating from an all-boys’ high school, Iori Kitahara moves away from home to go to college in a seaside town.
