A TV anime adaptation of Gido Amagakure‘s Yura Yura Queen has been officially announced. A teaser visual has also been released to celebrate the announcement.
To mark the anime adaptation, Volume 2 of the manga will be available to read for free on Hana to Yume+ from July 20 at 12:30 p.m. JST until August 3 at 11:59 a.m. JST.

The series is a heartwarming comedy that follows Kyuko, a high school girl born to a human and a fox. While her eight siblings are all beautiful and talented, Kyuko struggles to use her fox abilities and often feels ordinary. However, her childhood friend Haru loves her just the way she is. Together, Kyuko learns to accept herself while doing her best for the people she cares about.
Yura Yura Queen has been serialized in The Hana to Yume magazine since 2019. The main story will conclude in the magazine’s July 27 issue, and beginning next year, a special edition series will continue in Hana to Yume. The manga currently has five collected volumes in Japan.
