Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Film Concert 2026 Reveals Its Key Visual

The concert will feature anime footage!

The key visual for the upcoming Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Film Concert 2026, based on the acclaimed manga by Kanehito Yamada and Tsukasa Abe, has been unveiled. It was also announced that the artwork will be featured on a special “Layered Acrylic Block”, which will be distributed as an exclusive admission gift to all concert attendees, regardless of ticket type.

The Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Film Concert 2026 will take place on August 1 at the National Convention Hall in Pacifico Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, with both daytime and evening performances scheduled.

The event will bring memorable scenes from the anime’s first and second seasons to life through live orchestral performances by the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra. Composer Evan Call, who has been responsible for the series’ music since its debut, will appear as a special guest alongside singer milet, who performed the ending themes for both seasons.

During the concert, milet is set to perform the songs “Anytime Anywhere” and “The Story of Us”, accompanied by the full orchestra, offering fans a unique musical celebration of the beloved fantasy series.

The highly anticipated second season of Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End is now streaming exclusively on Crunchyroll.

The mage Frieren defeated the Demon King alongside the hero Himmel’s party after a 10-year quest. Peace was restored to the kingdom. Because she is an elf, she is able to live over a thousand years. She promises Himmel and the others that she will be back to see them and then sets out on a journey by herself. Fifty years later, Frieren goes to visit Himmel and the others. She remained unchanged, but Himmel and the others have aged and only a little of their lives remain. Later, she witnesses Himmel’s death. Frieren is pained by her desire to have spent more time getting to know people. With that regret in her heart, she then goes on a journey to do just that. On her journey, she meets many people and many events await her.
