Garena Free Fire anime has officially been titled Free Fire Daybreak and is scheduled to premiere in Spring 2027. A new key visual & trailer was also revealed.
KADOKAWA QINGYU is managing the production, and the anime is planned for broadcast and streaming in Japan as well as worldwide.

Garena Free Fire is one of the world’s most popular mobile battle royale games, surpassing 100 million daily active users in February 2024. Players compete against each other with the goal of being the last one standing.
As previously reported, an anime adaptation is set to be announced in May 2024. The project will be jointly funded by KADOKAWA and Garena Online Private Limited, a Singapore-based gaming company.
STORY:
In the near-future city of New Dawn, ruled by the powerful Horizon Corporation, 16-year-old Kelly becomes entangled in the experimental “Project Bloom” and awakens “Limit Break”, an extraordinary ability capable of unlocking anything that has been sealed away.
As fragments of her past begin to resurface, Kelly joins newfound allies to uncover the conspiracy surrounding Horizon Corporation and confront the forces threatening the future of New Dawn.
