The 46th Doraemon movie, Doraemon the Movie: Nobita’s Steam-Powered Time Machine, will be released in spring 2027 in Japan.
The film is directed by Rucho Moriyama, who has worked on the Doraemon TV anime since 2020 and is making his debut as a Doraemon movie director. The screenplay is written by Makoto Ueda.

The story takes place in 19th-century London, England, and is a completely original adventure. Doraemon, Nobita, and their friends travel across time and space on an exciting new journey.
