A live-action film adaptation of FLIPFLOPs’ Darwin’s Game has been officially announced and is scheduled to premiere in Japanese theaters on March 12, 2027. The official website also revealed the film’s first teaser trailer, introducing the main cast.

The original Darwin’s Game manga was serialized in Bessatsu Shonen Champion from December 2012 to October 2023, concluding with 30 collected volumes. The series has surpassed 10 million copies in circulation.
The manga previously received an 11-episode TV anime adaptation by Nexus, which aired in 2020.

Kaname Sudo, an ordinary high school student, receives an invitation email to try a mysterious app called “Darwin’s Game.” Kaname, upon launching the app, is drawn into a game where players fight one another using superpowers called Sigils.
