The “DAN DA DAN Animation Works Exhibition”, based on the manga by Yukinobu Tatsu, will take place from April 22 to May 11 at the Event Square on the 8th floor of Matsuya Ginza in Tokyo.
The first season of the TV anime aired between October and December 2024, followed by a second season from July to September 2025. A third season has already been confirmed.
The exhibition will feature an immersive area where visitors can watch both seasons back-to-back. It will also showcase previously unreleased materials and behind-the-scenes insights from Science SARU, the studio behind the anime. These materials are organized into four sections: storyboard and settings, animation and 3DCG, art direction and color design, and music and sound.
Visitors can also enjoy a special photo spot featuring a giant robot diorama made with nanoskin.
Tickets are available in standard and merchandise bundles. Each visitor will receive one random “Glitter Sticker” (7 possible designs, including secret versions). A variety of exclusive goods featuring new illustrations and original artwork created for the exhibition will also be available for purchase.
After its Tokyo run, the exhibition will tour eight cities across Japan, including Fukuoka, Nagoya, Kyoto, and Kanazawa.

DAN DA DAN a paranormal manga by Yukinobu Tatsu is serialized in Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ and an English language version is available from VIZ Media.

This is a story about Momo, a high school girl who comes from a family of spirit mediums, and her classmate Okarun, an occult fanatic. After Momo rescues Okarun from being bullied, they begin talking. However, an argument ensues between them since Momo believes in ghosts but denies aliens exist, and Okarun believes in aliens but denies ghosts exist.
To prove to each other what they believe in is real, Momo goes to an abandoned hospital where a UFO has been spotted and Okarun goes to a tunnel rumored to be haunted. To their surprise, they each encounter overwhelming paranormal activities that transcend comprehension. Amid these predicaments, Momo awakens her hidden power and Okarun gains the power of a curse to overcome these new dangers! Their fateful love begins as well!?
The story of the occult battle and adolescence starts!
