The TV anime Mission: Yozakura Family, based on Hitsuji Gondaira‘s popular work, will return with Season 2 in 2026! A teaser visual has been released at Jump Festa 2025.

Mission: Yozakura Family joins Disney+, it becomes part of a lineup that includes other anime such as The Fable, GO! GO! Loser Ranger!, and SAND LAND: THE SERIES for the upcoming Spring 2024 season. Hulu lists the anime as a “Hulu Original” in the United States.
SILVER LINK is producing the anime adaptation of Mission: Yozakura Family! VIZ Media publishes the manga in English and describes the story as follows:
Taiyo Asano is a super-shy high school student and the only person he can talk to is his childhood friend Mutsumi Yozakura. However, Mutsumi comes from a line of master spies with amazing powers. Her oldest brother, Kyoichiro, is obsessed with Mutsumi and out to kill anyone who gets remotely near her—and his next target is Taiyo! The only way for Taiyo to save himself from Kyoichiro’s murderous clutches is to marry Mutsumi!
