The TV anime Alma-chan Wants to Have a Family, based on Nanateru’s original work, is set to premiere on October 5. Along with the broadcast date, the production has revealed additional cast members, details about the opening theme, and the main promotional video.
The opening theme, titled “Dramatic Overlay”, will be performed by ZAQ. The newly released PV also gives fans a preview of the song.

Nanateru’s manga Alma-chan Wants to Have a Family! is published under the Comic Newtype label on KADOKAWA’s Kadocomi platform. As of now, three collected volumes have been released in Japan. The story revolves around two scientists oblivious to their mutual feelings, while their robot, Alma-chan, recognizes their emotions and dreams of forming a family with them.
