A character trailer has been released for the upcoming Japanese dub of The Girl Downstairs, featuring the main heroine Mio Kisaragi. The anime is set to air in Japan on July 3, 2024.

The series is an adaptation of a South Korean manhwa webtoon created by Min Songa, which was serialized on Naver’s WEBTOON platform from July 17, 2019, to July 13, 2022. The donghua series “The Girl Downstairs” premiered on Bilibili in April 2023. It has a total of 22 episodes and was produced by RED DOG CULTURE HOUSE. The series was directed by Dong Yi.

When Joon moves into his new apartment on his first day of college, he wasn’t expecting beautiful ex-celebrity Doona (Duna) to be living downstairs. Joon tries to avoid her at first, but finds himself growing more and more curious about her mysterious life.
