SAND LAND: THE SERIES, based on Akira Toriyama‘s manga, will premiere on Disney+ worldwide on March 20. The first seven episodes will be released simultaneously the March 20, followed by weekly releases. A new sequences not seen in the original film will be added in the episodic version.

In the far future, war has destroyed the entire Earth, leaving only a barren wasteland where the supply of water is controlled by the greedy king.
