The upcoming action RPG based on the GACHIAKUTA anime has officially been titled GACHIAKUTA: BREAKOUT. Developer Com2uS revealed the title and a new gameplay trailer during Tokyo Game Show. The game is scheduled to launch in 2027 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.

GACHIAKUTA: BREAKOUT is a survival action RPG based on the story of the anime. Players will explore the dangerous Pit, fight trash beasts and outlaws, collect loot, and return to their headquarters to upgrade and customize their base.
The game will also feature interactions with other Cleaners, hidden graffiti to discover, and co-op gameplay with friends.
The GACHIAKUTA TV anime aired for 24 episodes from July to December 2025. A second season is currently in production.

Crawl back from the abyss of Hell to change this lousy world! Rudo lives in the slums of a floating town, where the poor scrape by under the shadow of the rich who live a sumptuous life, simply casting their garbage off the side, into the abyss. Then one day, he’s falsely accused of murder, and his wrongful conviction leads to an unimaginable punishment—exile off the edge, with the rest of the trash. Down on the surface, the cast-off waste of humanity has bred vicious monsters, and if Rudo wants to have any hope of discovering the truth and seeking vengeance against those who cast him into Hell, he will have to master a new power and join a group known as the Cleaners who battle the hulking trash beasts of the Pit!
