To celebrate Saudi National Day 2026 (SND96), a short anime produced by Manga Productions and BLUE RIGHTS has been released ahead of Saudi Arabia’s National Day on September 23.
Short Anime:
Manga Productions is a leading IP management company in the Middle East and Arab world. The company also produces and distributes anime, games, and manga. From 2021 to 2023, its anime projects were produced in partnership with CygamesPictures, followed by Bandai Namco Filmworks in 2024 and OLM in 2025. Its released works have reached more than 300 million views.
This year’s short anime is based on the concept of “draw and make it happen.” It follows different people as they passionately pursue their dreams, with their stories beginning with a mysterious green magic pen.
The anime is directed by Ryosuke Nakamura, with character designs by Mieko Hosoi. Animation production was handled by MANAA ANIMATION.
