The TV anime Witch and Mercenary will begin airing in April 2027. The series has revealed its second teaser visuals, featuring Siasha and Zig Crane, along with its first PV and additional cast members.
The new visuals pay homage to the cover of Volume 1 of the original novel, while the first PV gives a first look at Siasha and Zig’s new lives on an unknown continent, where they encounter its inhabitants and other adventurers.

The original light novel series, written by Chohokiteki Kaeru and illustrated by Kanase Bench, is published in English by Seven Seas Entertainment, which describes the story as follows:
Nothing in this world is more dangerous than a witch. The epitome of fear and terror, they can summon floods on a whim, conjure balls of fire out of the air, or even destroy entire countries overnight. Incur their wrath, and no one is safe.
At least, that’s what everyone thinks, and it’s the very reason they all want Siasha dead.
