The TV anime Junket Bank, based on the manga by Ikko Tanaka, has been postponed.
The anime was originally scheduled to premiere on the TV Tokyo network in October. The postponement was announced on the anime’s official website and social media accounts, as well as on the manga’s official social media.
According to the official announcement, the production team decided that more time was needed to fully capture the world and appeal of the original manga and deliver an anime that meets fans’ expectations.
The team apologized to fans who had been looking forward to the October premiere and said that all staff will continue working to improve the quality of the production.
A new release date will be announced on the official website and social media once it has been decided.

Junket Bank follows Akira Mitarai, an ordinary bank employee whose life takes a drastic turn when he is suddenly transferred to a mysterious “Special Operations Department“. Hidden within the bank, the department operates an underground gambling arena where massive bets are placed.
There, Akira meets the enigmatic gambler Shin Mafutsu. Drawn into this dangerous world, he abandons his former routine life and plunges into a realm driven by passion, thrill, destruction, and despair.
