The second promotional video, a new character visual, and music details for the TV anime The Detective Is Already Dead Season 2 have been released. With Season 2 scheduled to air in October, today July 4th also marks the series’ 5th anniversary.
40mP handled the composition, arrangement, and overall production of the anime’s soundtrack, including both the opening and ending themes. The opening theme, “Kono Shinzo ni Hanataba wo”, is performed by Koume, while the ending theme, “Hakuchumu”, is performed by Kagura Nana.

The first season of The Detective Is Already Dead aired from July to September 2021 and was adapted from the mystery light novel series written by Nigoju and illustrated by Umibozu.
