The TV anime adaptation of Majutsu wo Kiwamete Tabi ni Deta Tensei Elf, Moteamashita Jumyo de Ikeru Densetsu to Naru, based on the works of Monsho Sakakibara and illustrated by Kanco, is officially scheduled to premiere in 2027.
Alongside the announcement, a teaser visual, teaser promotional video, and details regarding the main cast have been revealed.

Originally written by Monsho Sakakibara as a web novel, the fantasy story was later published as a light novel by Grast Novels in 2022 with illustrations by Hatori Kyoka. The manga adaptation by kanco has been serialized through Grast Comics since 2023.
The story follows a man reincarnated as an elf with a 1,000-year lifespan who, determined not to waste his second chance, sets out to become a “living legend.”
