It has been officially announced that Nao Iwamoto’s manga The Seven Knights of the Marronnier Kingdom will be adapted into a television anime. The series is scheduled to premiere on NHK E-Tele in October. Alongside the announcement, the production staff and the first teaser visual were unveiled.

The manga earned widespread acclaim after ranking No. 1 in the Women’s Edition of Kono Manga ga Sugoi! (This Manga Is Amazing!) 2018. It has been serialized in Monthly Flowers (Shogakukan) since 2016, with Volume 11 set to be released on June 10. A companion publication, The Seven Knights of the Marronnier Kingdom STICKER BOOK, will also go on sale the same day.
Set in the Marronnier Kingdom, a realm located at the center of eight nations, the fantasy romance follows seven royal brothers who are dispatched as ambassadors to neighboring countries. Their mission is not only diplomatic but also deeply personal, as each seeks to find their destined partner amid a journey filled with adventure, politics, and romance.
