The nominees for the 2026 Crunchyroll Anime Awards have officially been announced, and voting is now open. This 10th annual event will take place in Tokyo, Japan, and will be streamed live on May 23, 2026.
Fans can vote for their favorite anime in several categories, including Anime of the Year, Film of the Year, Best Director, and Best Character Design. The nominations highlight a strong year for anime in 2025, with both popular returning series and new releases.
Voting is open daily and will close on April 14, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT.
Votes from fans around the world help determine the winners from the list of nominees below. Voting is simple and more accessible than ever.
