The TV anime Komekami! Girls is set to premiere on April 2, airing in a standard 30-minute time slot on ABEMA. A new visual and promotional video have also been released.

Komekami! Girls follows the story of seven sisters known as the « Children of the Rice God. » Originally launched in 2011, the franchise has expanded across various media, including rice packaging designs, short animations, four-panel manga, and light novels.
This new anime reimagines the characters as being around 10 years younger. Set in Usa City in Oita Prefecture, the story follows the sisters as they travel across Kyushu, teleporting to different Hachiman shrines. Along the way, they explore local food culture, take part in cooking battles, and solve regional challenges.
