Shozen, a manga by Jiang Jia Meizi currently serialized on Bilibili Manga, is being adapted into a TV anime. The series is set to air in 2027 on Fuji TV’s B8station programming block and other channels, with a teaser PV already released.

The story follows the meeting between Dozen, a Taoist priest, and a human girl raised by monsters. After naming her Naozen, he takes her in as his disciple, and the series explores their adventures together.
While B8station has previously aired anime produced by bilibili with Japanese dubbing, Shozen marks a new approach: Japanese creators will animate a Chinese manga.
