Subtitle, the fashion label founded by Liang Shi, has launched its first clothing collaboration with TOHO International, inspired by the popular series JUJUTSU KAISEN by Gege Akutami.
The 18-piece collection is now available on the TOHO Animation Store US. Instead of using obvious graphics, the designs are inspired by the characters, techniques, and world of the series.


The project started in 2024 when Liang Shi shared a TikTok video criticizing traditional anime merchandise and presenting her vision of anime as fashion. The video went viral, leading to an official partnership with TOHO International.
The first release includes uniform-style pieces inspired by Jujutsu High, made with wool-blend fabrics. It also features items based on Yuji Itadori, such as a Black Flash T-shirt and a red hooded shirt.




Future items will include designs inspired by Mahito and Suguru Geto, with creative elements reflecting their abilities and storylines. According to Shi, the goal is to create real fashion inspired by anime, not just merchandise.
