The main cast for the TV anime adaptation of Shota Oni, created by Miyuki Nakayama, has been officially announced. Shinnosuke Tokudome and Shuichiro Umeda will star in the upcoming series “Ore to Yu nii!”. Along with the casting reveal, the production staff and a teaser visual have also been unveiled.
Additionally, a stage event featuring Tokudome and Umeda will take place at the AnimeJapan 2026 DMM booth on March 28. Details about how fans can attend or watch the event will be announced at a later date.
A limited-edition trial booklet of Shota Oni will also be distributed at the DMM, Square Enix, and Pony Canyon booths during the event.
At the DMM booth, exclusive merchandise featuring the teaser visual will be available for purchase. The same goods will also go on sale online via the Toei Online Store starting at 12:00 p.m. on March 28.
