A six-minute video presenting the story overview and key highlights of Poupelle of Chimney Town 2 has been released, along with new scene images. The sequel is set to premiere in Japan on March 27, 2026.
The movie has been officially selected for exhibition in the Generation section of the 76th Berlin International Film Festival.
