The official website of Dead Dead Demon’s Dededede Destruction anime have been updated with a main trailer featuring theme songs! The anime will release as a two-part theatrical film, the first part is scheduled for March 22, 2024 and the second part is scheduled for April 19, 2024.

The theme song for the first part is “Zezzezzezzettai seiiki” by ano feat. Lilas Ikuta, and for the second part is “Seishun ōka” by Lilas Ikuta feat. ano!

GAGA Communications announced the anime adaptation of Inio Asano‘s work in March 2022. Produced by Production +h., it marks the first full-fledged anime adaptation of Asano‘s creations. The director is Tomoyuki Kurokawa, with Reiko Yoshida (A Silent Voice) overseeing series scripts. Nobutake Ito serves as the character designer, Mika Nishimura as the art director, and Taro Umebayashi (Yuri!!! On Ice) composes the music.
VIZ Media, publishes the manga’s official English version, describes the series as follows:
The Japan Self-Defense Forces are still looking for a way to combat the alien threat, but so far conventional weapons have had no effect. Maybe it’s time to try something unconventional. Meanwhile, Kadode Koyama and her best friend avidly track the aliens’ movements on social media and less enthusiastically study for college entrance exams. When the end of the world looms overhead, you learn to take things one step at a time.
