The original TV anime “Inherit the Winds” has revealed new cast members. Voice actor Koki Uchiyama will play Toshizo Hijikata, while Yuichi Nakamura will voice Isami Kondo.

The anime is set in Kyoto during the Bakumatsu era. A soldier who has lost his memory is taken under the wing of the renowned Shinsengumi member Sōji Okita. Okita gives him a new identity, naming him Junsuke Tachikawa. Amidst the Mibu soldiers, Junsuke begins a new chapter in his life.
