A brand-new entry in the ARMORED TROOPER VOTOMS franchise, titled ARMORED TROOPER VOTOMS: Die Graue Hexe, has begun production. Directed by Mamoru Oshii, the anime is being produced by Sunrise with Production I.G handling production cooperation.
As part of Sunrise’s 50th anniversary project, Die Graue Hexe marks the first entirely new VOTOMS work in 15 years.

Armored Trooper VOTOMS is a real robot anime directed by Ryosuke Takahashi and produced by Sunrise. First broadcast in 1983, the series has since expanded into a long-running franchise, with numerous OVAs, side stories, theatrical releases, special event screenings, and book adaptations.
