Poupelle of Chimney Town is described as follows:
Poupelle of Chimney Town is the breathtaking story of young Lubicchi and a man made of garbage, Poupelle. Spectacularly beautiful, Poupelle of Chimney Town is filled with inspiring performances, splendid music and sound effects.
