The teaser PV, first key visual, main staff, and main cast for the TV anime Skeleton Knight in Another World Season 2 have been revealed, and the series is set to premiere in July.
It was also announced that PelleK will return to perform the opening theme, as he did in the first season, accompanied by a video message sent from Norway to Japanese fans.

OVERLAP Novels light novel series, written by Ennki Hakari and illustrated by Akira Sawano, first launched in 2015 and has reached a total of 10 volumes as of March 2022. The first season aired from April to June 2022, and the production of the second season was officially announced in December 2024.
According to Seven Seas, the synopsis of the first volume is as follows:
One day, a gamer played video games until he fell asleep…and when he woke up, he found himself in the game world–as a skeleton! Equipped with the powerful weapons and armor of his avatar but stuck with its frightening skeletal appearance, Arc has to find a place for himself in this new, fantastical land.
