Star Blazers: Space Battleship Yamato 3199 Chapter 5 Shares its First Teaser Trailer

The second special report video for the Space Battleship Yamato remake series, “Star Blazers: Space Battleship Yamato 3199 Chapter 5” has been released. Chapter 5 is scheduled to premiere on February 20, 2026 in Japan.

As initially announced, the anime will consist of 26 episodes, divided into seven chapters that will be screened theatrically in Japan.

In 2207, two years after Gamilas and Iscandar vanished, a colossal object, the “Grand Reverse” appears, effortlessly breaching Earth’s defenses.
