Nagano’s Chiikawa is being adapted into an anime film, scheduled for release in summer 2026. The movie, titled “Chiikawa: Ningyo no Shima no Himitsu“, will cover the manga arc commonly known as the “Siren Arc”/ “Island Arc”. To celebrate the announcement, Nagano has revealed vibrant new artwork.
