Netflix has unveiled the first teaser trailer and poster for Alice in Borderland Season 3, confirming the survival game drama’s return on September 25, 2025. Directed by Shinsuke Sato (Kingdom, Bleach) and starring Kento Yamazaki as Arisu, the live-action series continues to expand its high-stakes world, now with new cast additions including Koji Okura, Tina Tamashiro, Kento Kaku, and more.

Originally released in 2020, Alice in Borderland became a global hit, entering Netflix’s Top 10 in over 70 countries. The upcoming season promises even higher stakes and a deeper dive into the psychological and emotional aftermath of the games.

It’s time to return to the Borderland… In the previous season, Arisu and Usagi cleared every card’s game and returned to the real world. Now married, they lead a happy life, though their memories of the Borderland surface only in dreams and hallucinations. One day, Usagi suddenly vanishes. Guided by Ryuji, a man who studies the afterlife, she sets out for the Borderland. A devastated Arisu is visited by Banda, now a Borderland resident, who informs him of Usagi’s whereabouts. Arisu must now follow her back into inevitable danger to find her.
